    Technology Division

    OVERVIEW

    The Department of Technology provides strategic direction and coordinates all of the technology functions of the District.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    The Department of Technology supports the goals and objectives of the District.

    Equity: Progress toward equity is promoted by integrating technology on a District wide basis into curricular efforts application systems, software to access student and school information implementing a wide area network, local area networks and base architecture which provide District wide access to technological resources.

    Fiscal Responsibility: Implement technology to more efficiently and effectively streamline administrative functions. Fiscal responsibility will be promoted through the implementation of a technological environment and tools which improve management decision-making capabilities and analytical capacity.
